For our 13th year, Worsley Elementary School will be running its annual “Dance-a-thon”. Our goal this year is to raise $4050.00 with all monies raised going towards the purchase of a mobile laptop station and daily physical activity (DPA) kits for classrooms. A letter and pledge form/envelope has been sent home with each Worsley student. Help us, help our students “be the best they can be”, by spreading the word about this amazing event. Rumour has it, that “Side-step Stapleton & Bust-a-move McLean will be guest appearing at the event to show a few of their new dance moves”.

Please make sure to check your Worsley student’s backpack and/or agenda in the coming days to get your “School Cash Online” registration information.  WEBSITE:
Our Worsley Elementary School families now have the option to pay school fees, including fees for field trips, food orders and club activities, etc. online.  The Simcoe County District School Board has introduced a program called School Cash Online. Benefits of this online payment tool include:

• Less cash travelling with students to school
• Less cash to count and store in the school office
• Convenience for parents/guardians

We will still be sending home paper copies of all permission and order forms, however, if you wish you can do all ordering and payment online instead. The subs and milk order forms for May are available in the program now. If you have any questions, as always, please contact us at the school.

Worsley Students that take school bus transportation, during inclement weather you can either check the Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium Website at or listen to the local radio stations (i.e., The Beach, The Peak, B101,  Kool FM, etc.) for any changes to bus transportation in our Worsley community.
